Itinerary

Day 1Haridwar to Guptkashi

Begin your Kedarnath Yatra from Haridwar in the morning, embarking on an approximately 8-hour journey by road to Guptkashi. Nestled amidst the Garhwal Himalayas, Guptkashi offers a serene setting to rest and prepare for the adventure ahead upon arrival.

Day 2Trek to Kedarnath Temple

Rise early to journey to Gaurikund, the starting point of your trek to Kedarnath. Trek approximately 16 kilometers through picturesque trails, experiencing the serene beauty of the Himalayas. Upon reaching Kedarnath by late afternoon or evening, visit the revered Kedarnath Temple and immerse yourself in its spiritual aura.

Day 3Trek Down to Guptakshi

After witnessing the sunrise over the Himalayas, begin your descent from Kedarnath back to Gaurikund. From there, return to Guptkashi, relishing the memories of your spiritual journey amidst the breathtaking landscapes. Upon reaching Guptkashi, unwind and reflect on the profound experiences of the past days.

Day 4Drive Back to Haridwar

Following breakfast, bid farewell to Guptkashi and embark on your return journey to Haridwar. As you traverse the scenic route back, take in the beauty of the surroundings one last time. Arrive in Haridwar by late afternoon or evening, concluding your Kedarnath Yatra with the enchanting Ganga Aarti at the sacred ghats.
